TOKYO SOUR – SEA LETTUCE COCKTAIL

Tokyo Sour is a cocktail crafted by Ny Lee for the Winter Waters ‘23 Kickoff Party. This cocktail features Blue Evolution Sea Lettuce Powder.
Ingredients:
1.5 oz Roku Gin
.75 oz yuzu or lime
.75 oz egg white
.5 oz honey syrup
Half bar spoon Blue Evolution Sea Lettuce Powder
Method:
Dry shake, wet shake, double strain into rocks glass with ice. Garnish Sea Lettuce Powder on the top.
