How green is your green smoothie? Rehydrate a bit of Blue Evolution Dried Kelp or add a teaspoon or so of our Alaskan Kelp Puree to your favorite green smoothie recipe for added iodine, magnesium, and iron.
Ingredients:
1 cup cashew milk (or your preferred milk)
1 frozen banana
1/2 cup frozen peach chunks
1 tablespoon Blue Evolution Dried Kelp, rehydrated in water, or Blue Evolution Kelp Puree
1 handful spinach leaves
1 tablespoon ground flaxseeds
Method:
Combine all ingredients in a blender and pulse until smooth.
Add more milk as needed.
Pour into a glass and enjoy!
