Air fryer is the new sourdough, right? We think so at least! Check out this umami-rich recipe for crispy air fried tofu. This recipe calls for Blue Evolution Kelp Puree, which not only boasts amazing flavor, but is also a great source of iodine, iron and magnesium. Use it as a seasoning for meats, sauces, soups, and dips!⠀
Ingredients:
1 Package extra-firm tofu
2 Tbsp Blue Evolution Kelp Puree
1 Tbsp garlic powder
1 Tbsp tahini
½ tsp sea salt
Method:
Drain the package of extra firm tofu or use a tofu press to release all of the liquid from the tofu.
Cut the tofu into cubes and coat in the remaining four ingredients.
Air fry at 400 degrees for about 30 minutes or until crispy.
Serve over coconut brown rice with scallions, cilantro, sesame seeds, coconut aminos, and hot sauce!
