Ingredients:
¾ cup brown rice
¾ cup frozen riced cauliflower
2 cups cold water
1 cup unsweetened canned coconut milk
1 Tbsp fresh grated ginger
½ Tbsp coconut aminos
¼ cup Blue Evolution Alaskan Dried Kombu
Method:
Combine all ingredients in a sauce pot and bring to boil.
Cover, reduce heat to a simmer and cook for 35-45 minutes longer.
