HERBY CHÈVRE LOG

We know, we know… kelp probably isn’t the first ingredient you typically reach for when making a festive, herby chevre log, but hear us out! Just a simple squeeze of Blue Evolution Kelp Puree in your batter and some Dried Alaskan Kelp in the herb blend will add a ton of nutritional value, including magnesium, iodine and iron!
Ingredients:
  • 1 large chevre roll
  • 1 oz (about ¼ of the contents in the squeeze packet) Blue Evolution Kelp Puree
  • 1-1 large pieces of Blue Evolution Dried Alaskan Kelp
  • 3-4 Tbsp dried or fresh herbs (we like rosemary, thyme and sage), chopped
Method:
  1. Put the chevre in a small bowl and add Kelp Puree. Mix well, then roll back into a log.
  2. Grind the Dried Alaskan Kelp in a spice or coffee grinder, then add to the herb mixture on a cutting board.
  3. Simply roll the chevre log through the herbs until completely covered.
  4. Chill in the refrigerator and serve!
