Slather it on your burger buns, drizzle over corn for a spin on elotes, or use as a dip for grilled artichokes. Kelp adds a mild umami flavor, plus tons of vitamins and minerals like iron, iodine, and magnesium!
Ingredients:
1 jar mayonnaise (We prefer the soy-free veganaise from @followyourheart)
1/2 cup Blue Evolution Kombu, puréed in a blender or finely chopped
1/2 lemon, zested and juiced
Salt and black pepper, to taste
Method:
Pour mayonnaise into a medium bowl, then add the lemon juice and zest.
