This kelp-infused vegan ranch recipe is easy to make and totally soy-free, dairy-free and gluten-free! Plus, with the addition of Blue Evolution Kelp Puree, it’s packed with essential vitamins and minerals like magnesium, iodine and iron. Cut up some veggies and dig in!
Ingredients:
2 cups vegan mayo (we used soy free Veganaise by @followyourheart)
½ cup non-dairy milk – any unsweetened original flavor
2 Tbsp Blue Evolution Kelp Puree
2 tsp apple cider vinegar
3 cloves garlic, minced
2 tsp dried parsley
2 tsp dried dill
1 tsp onion powder
¼ tsp paprika
¼ tsp pepper
salt, to taste
Method:
Combine ingredients into a bowl and mix well. Serve with fresh veggies for a satisfying, nutritious snack!
