PARSLEY PESTO PASTA

As we move one step closer to spring, we’re celebrating all things green. Is there a better green meal than pesto pasta? Seaweed is a super nutritious sea vegetable that you can substitute for other leafy greens like kale and spinach! Check out this yummy springtime recipe created by our friend at Avocado Skillet.
Ingredients:
  • 1 box Blue Evolution Seaweed Pasta
  • 1 cup parsley
  • ½ cup olive oil
  • ½ cup hemp seeds
  • ¼ cup nutritional yeast
  • 2 garlic cloves
  • 1 Tbsp Blue Evolution Kelp Puree
  • Juice from ½ lemon
  • Salt and pepper to taste 
Method:
  1. Cook pasta according to the instructions on the box.
  2. While it’s cooking, add all remaining ingredients to a food processor. Blend until smooth.
  3. Toss with Blue Evolution Seaweed Pasta and serve warm.
