As we move one step closer to spring, we’re celebrating all things green. Is there a better green meal than pesto pasta? Seaweed is a super nutritious sea vegetable that you can substitute for other leafy greens like kale and spinach! Check out this yummy springtime recipe created by our friend at Avocado Skillet.
Ingredients:
1 box Blue Evolution Seaweed Pasta
1 cup parsley
½ cup olive oil
½ cup hemp seeds
¼ cup nutritional yeast
2 garlic cloves
1 Tbsp Blue Evolution Kelp Puree
Juice from ½ lemon
Salt and pepper to taste
Method:
Cook pasta according to the instructions on the box.
While it’s cooking, add all remaining ingredients to a food processor. Blend until smooth.
Toss with Blue Evolution Seaweed Pasta and serve warm.
