SEAWEED POPCORN TOPPING

If you love umami flavors as much as we do, you will fall head over heels for this simple popcorn topping idea! Seaweed and nutritional yeast come together to create a tasty and healthful snack.
Ingredients:
2 tablespoons
Blue Evolution Dried Alaskan Wakame
1 teaspoon sea salt (optional)
3 tablespoons nutritional yeast
1/4 cup popcorn kernels
Olive oil
Method:
Using a mortar and pestle or small food processor, grind the seaweed into very small pieces.
Then, combine with sea salt and nutritional yeast.
Pop your corn in an air popper or on the stovetop.
Drizzle with olive oil.
Sprinkle 1/2 the seaweed mixture on top then mix well.
Repeat with the remaining 1/2 then get to snacking!
