HOMEMADE SOURDOUGH SEAWEED BREAD

Did you finally jump on the sourdough train like we did? If so, you’re probably perfecting your loaves by now too! Add some extra nutrients and flavor by sprinkling Blue Evolution Dried Alaskan Kelp into your next batch. Simply pinch a couple tablespoons of finely chopped seaweed when you mix in the starter.

Seaweed is naturally rich in salty iodine, so this loaf will be packed with umami AND nutrition. Experiment with it and let us know what you think! And don’t forget how quick and easy seaweed crackers are to make with your sourdough discard.
