SEAWEED SEASONING

Seaweed is rich in iodine, which is an important element of proper thyroid function. This is especially true for women! Integrate more seaweed into your diet in an easy and oh-so delicious way by making this seasoning blend. Keep a bowl of it out on your counter for easy access while cooking. ⁠

  1. Use a food processor (or coffee grinder) to shred the dried seaweed into small pieces.
  2. Combine all the ingredients in a bowl and mix to combine.
  3. Taste and adjust according to your preference.
  4. Store in an airtight container, but make sure to leave some out on the counter in a small bowl so you can easily sprinkle it on your avocado toast, in your soups or anything else that needs a bit of seasoning! ⁠
